Meals at Ibiza Yoga

At Ibiza Yoga, we believe that nourishing the body is an essential part of your retreat experience. Our meal offerings are thoughtfully curated to complement your yoga practice and support your overall wellbeing.

What’s Included

We provide one fresh, wholesome vegetarian meal per day, served shortly after the daily yoga class, six days a week (no meal on Saturdays).

In addition, we offer a self-serve breakfast available 24/7, seven days a week. You'll find a variety of items to suit most tastes and dietary needs.

Ingredients & Sourcing

Some of our produce is grown in our own organic garden, while the rest is sourced from local farmers markets on the island. Ibiza’s interior is rich with ancient agricultural traditions, from olive and almond groves to stone-terraced farmland still irrigated with systems introduced over a thousand years ago. By eating fresh, local, seasonal food, you’ll enjoy a lighter, healthier diet during your stay—free from processed starches, additives, and excess fats.

Special Dietary Information

We’ve designed our meals to accommodate the most common dietary needs—gluten and dairy are optional in many dishes.

However, we do not offer individually tailored meals or changes to the menu for specific intolerances or preferences. Typically, each meal includes 4–5 dishes, with at least 2–4 suitable for those avoiding gluten and dairy. Optional items like yogurt, cheese, or bread may be served on the side.

You are welcome to bring your own food items and prepare them in our kitchen, but please note:

Cross-contamination is possible. Our kitchen contains and handles nuts, gluten, soy, dairy, and other common allergens.

If you have coeliac disease or a severe food allergy, we recommend not consuming our meals.

Start your day at your own pace with our self-serve breakfast, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you're an early riser or prefer a slower morning, you'll find a variety of nourishing options to suit your needs.

If you have specific dietary needs, you are welcome to bring your own breakfast items. Please store them in a clearly labeled airtight container in our shared fridge or kitchen.

 

Dining Out

There are three beachside restaurants just a 3-minute walk away via our private path. These are perfect for Saturday meals or an occasional change. One of these—the pizza restaurant—also stays open during weekends in the winter season.

 

Cooking Your Own Meals

Guests staying at Villa Roca can use the shared kitchen daily between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. You're welcome to bring your own supplies (health food shops are a 10-minute cab ride away). Please be aware that, like the main kitchen, cross-contamination is possible, so those with allergies should proceed with caution.
