If you want to be a chef at Ibiza Yoga please click here.

We provide breakfast and one meal per day, 6 days a week.   Our breakfast is self serve and available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. At the bottom of this text is a list of items provided.    The one vegetarian meal is served shortly after the yoga class and is vegetarian.   There is no meal on a Saturday.

We have our own organic garden where we produce some of our herbs and vegetables and the purchased vegetables are from local farmers markets.  The mountainous interior of the island is a quilt of dense pine forests, olive, and almond groves. Farmers still use ancient terracing to cultivate their crops and irrigation techniques introduced by the Arabs over a thousand years ago.  The benefit from eating fresh, natural island food as part of a delicious healthy eating plan for the week will force you away from the foods that weigh you down with too much starch, fat, and additives.

We generally repeat the same menu every two weeks, see below for an example guide as dishes do change depending on supplies and seasonal produce.

For guests arriving and leaving on a Saturday, there are 3 restaurants open at the beach just a 3-minute walk along a private path and there you can purchase a meal.

One restaurant is now open throughout the winter at the weekends only. It is the pizza restaurant.

Products available for breakfast are noted below.  The cornflakes are not gluten-free.  If you do not feel that your needs will be met by these products, please feel free to bring your own additional breakfast items. If you do plan to do this, please bring an AIRTIGHT TUB and some LABELS to keep these items in to store them in the fridge or kitchen.

Special dietary requirements

We do not make a reduction in price of our holiday packages for not taking the food.

Over the last few years, we have tried our very best to accommodate almost every kind of special diet. However, we have found that demands for individual diets continue to increase at a very fast rate, to the point where it is no longer manageable.

We do not offer individual solutions to dietary intolerances or preferences, however, the GOOD news is that we have adapted our menu so that our meals can now all be eaten without the need to consume gluten or dairy which we have found to be the most common food intolerances.

In general daily we serve between 4 to 5 dishes - usually, two of them contain gluten or dairy.  This means that 2 to 4 dishes can be eaten by those with coeliac disease. Please feel free to bring your own foods to cook up at meal times in addition to what we supply.

There will also be some meals in which dairy or gluten based products are served as an optional extra, such as yogurt or cream cheese dip, or a bowl of cheese as a topping. In these cases, no alternative will be offered, as the meal is still complete and balanced without them.

After booking you will be sent a link to a questionnaire on which you can let us know your food preferences or intolerance/s and we make a note of this however us having this information does not lead to us changing our menu.

Please note that the kitchen where we store, prepare and cook food has the following products inside of it: nuts, bread, soya & gluten and other products that contain gluten. Cross contamination is a risk therefore if you have an intolerance to any of these products such as nuts, gluten , wheat or you are coeliac, we advise that you do not eat our meals.

Villa Roca has a fully functioning kitchen that you can use to cook or prepare food anytime between 8 am and 10 pm. Feel free to bring your own foods, there are local shops (10 minutes in a cab) that sell health food products such as gluten lactose wheat sugar-free. However the kitchen also at some time may have stored products such as nuts, gluten, wheat , coeliac allergy foods, therefore we advise that you do not use the kitchen.
