Prices for Early and Late Arrival or Late Departure

The Villas and Pagoda garden are closed between the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm on a Saturday. Anyone wishing to check in or check out between these times may do so by choosing one of the following services. Whilst we welcome you to use our facilities during this time, please be aware that cleaning will be undertaken and staff will be present.

 

Midnight service

Time: Midnight on the Friday through to 6am on Saturday morning

Price: £50 

  • A member of staff will be on duty / wait up for your arrival. Texting or ringing that member of staff when you are close to the retreat is a prerequisite. You will be given the number of the person on duty.

Please note – the bed we provide may not be the bed you have booked to stay in for the week.

 

Early Bird service

Time: 6am – 2:00pm on the Saturday

Price: £40

What you get

  • The price is for the convenience of having a place to leave your bag.
  • A member of staff will be on duty to await your arrival. Texting or ringing that member of staff on arrival will be a prerequisite.

What you don’t get

  • A bed to sleep in
  • You can not go to your room or pagoda as they will need to be cleaned
  • The price does not include the use of any of our facilities. Once your bags have been dropped off we ask that you occupy your time away from the Villas and return for check in at 2:00pm

 

Priority service

Time: 10:00am – 2:00pm  on the Saturday

Price: £40

What you get

  • Your room will be available to you between the hours of 10:00 and 2:00.
  • Staff will make up your room as a priority and once your room is ready, you are welcome to unpack and relax.
  • You are also welcome to make use of our kitchen facilities/bathroom facilities and the Pool (Palmas guests only)

 

Saturday after 2pm and before 11pm

Your Holiday begins.

You will be shown to your room.

Staff may also be around, cleaning the Villa.

 

Saturday* after 11pm to Midnight 

 £20  For this a staff member waits up for you. Please text us when you arrive at the airport.

 

Saturday*  Midnight to 6am on the Sunday/our Midnight Service

£50    For this a staff member gets up for you meets you and shows you to your accommodation. Please be quiet the rest of the retreat will be sleeping.  

 

* all of the charges apply to late arrival (after 11pm)/early arrival (before 6 am) on any day of the week 

 

LATE DEPARTURE: 

 

If you are leaving on Saturday after 10 am we charge  £15.00 / €20.00.  

 

The fee is for baggage storage, use of the shower (outdoor shower in pagoda garden), wi-fi, telephone, cup of tea or coffee.

 

If payment is not made before arrival.

 

Arrival and payment  On arrival you will be either verbally given the amount owed or given an invoice.

Payment is due and expected on receipt of the invoice or the verbal request.

 

A request for your credit card details will be made so that payment can be made / taken when the London office next opens on Monday morning. 

 

All payment for our additional services should be made prior to your arrival by credit card via the phone, +44 (0) 20 7419 0999, or by direct credit into HSBC IbizaYoga.com, Sort Code 40-02-03, Account No 51502638. 

 

 

Please text us when you arrive at the airport. 

It is important that you text or ring a member of staff after you have landed so that we (get out of bed) can meet you at the retreat.
