Arriving at the retreat between 2pm and 11pm and departing before 10am is Free. Arriving between 3am and 6am is not possible.

Massage One hour [more info]
We shall provide a one-hour massage. This may be with one of the masseurs on our site found under the therapist's page. The massage can be taken in your room on our rooftop or at Villa Nova, depending on the weather and your preference. If you were to book a one-hour massage while in Ibiza the price can be around €120, book now at the discount early bird special price. We shall send you the contact details of Vicky who usually gives the massage, you can then deal directly with her to arrange a date and time. Please book your massage prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.

By 11pm the whole team who run the retreat are in bed because we have early morning start times. If you want to arrive after 11pm we charge as we pay someone to wait up for you.

We can accept your bags from 10 am onward at the doors of Villa Nova. A bonus of this service is that should your room be ready prior to 2 pm we text you to say so, in order that you enter early. Payment can be made by adding it to your basket. Price includes lunch which is served at around 2 pm to 3 pm at the back of Villa Nova with the staff, if you are arriving later than 2/3 pm and you want us to plate you up a meal, please let us know.

Late Departure from Roca [more info]
If you wish to stay after 10 am on Saturday the price includes coffee, fruit juice, wifi sun loungers, terrace relaxation, and a hot shower after the beach in our outdoor shower in the pagoda garden or the shower room at the back of Villa Nova. Please ask us for a fresh towel if needed.

Late Arrival 8pm to 11pm [more info]
Our check in time is 8pm. After 11pm it is not possible to arrive as we are all sleeping. Up until 11pm we may have someone who will welcome you. After 11pm, we try our best to have someone available to greet you but where this is not possible we leave a note at our reception area (notice board) with a map of how to find your room or pagoda. In some cases you may be put in a spare room that is not the one you booked so as not to wake your roommate, this only happens when we have space. This number can be called if you are having any difficulties xxxxxxxxx The fee is for a single traveller or a joint booking / 2 guests booking together. We recommend that you print up the local area map and or the taxi directions written in Spanish. Both can be found in your account with us or ask us if you cant readily find them. On the island before your retreat starts and want accommodation ? [more info]
If you are arriving on the island days or weeks before your chosen yoga retreat week starts and you want accommodation with us.
Have an email sent to you within the week prior to your retreat start date informing of available accommodation. Suits guests arriving on the island a few days prior to retreat start date. Select the number one to the right of this box and this will trigger an email to be sent to you containing all the accommodation options we have available to book on line.
