Who is best suited to the beginners level yoga ?
This level is open to beginners and people with a part time practice experience (one class a week or less) who want to build and understand the practise more deeply.
If you are not familiar with words such as Vinyasa, Mulabanda or Uddiyanabandha you would be best off in the beginners course.
Occasionally we get a general level student attending the beginners course, who may be tired, have an injury, be recouperating from an illness or simply want to refocus on their foundation and alignment.
