Enjoy a day of Yoga with us at either of our two retreats . Try the studio at Villa Roca with its pine forest surround and do vinyasas to the sound of the abundant bird life . Alternatively try Villa Palma with its stunning views of the mediterranean, the air scented with sea air .
Day passes do not include accommodation but do include the after yoga meal at Villa Roca.

A drop in class at Villa Roca Come and enjoy a 3 hour class of yoga at Villa Roca - £30 including a lovely vegatarian meal after the session.
