What items should I bring with me?
Loose fitting yoga clothes
shorts rather than long pants and vest type top for summer months and long pants and t shirt for spring and autumn (April and October)
Sarong to use for savasana (relaxation posture at end of session) and for beach use
Sandles for beach
Walking shoes if you intend to go walking
Beach and Bath towels
European Conversion plugs
Book to read
Clock or watch
scarf, waterproof footwear and jacket, torch, also tshirts and beach wear
Plenty of Euros for your stay, there is no local ATM.
A favourite dvd to watch on the villas dvd player although we have dozens of films you can watch.
A favourite cd to listen to on the villas cd player
Oil of Citronella (from Health Shop) or Mosquito repellant
Any special teas or coffees although we stock many varieties.
clothes for 'Wednesdays optional night out' - colourful and fun - for nights out in May & October cardigan or shawl for females and a jumper for males as the nights are cool at this time of year.
Please note that we do not supply torches or batteries so if
you are staying in a pagoda - a torch is handy for the small areas of path way that are not illuminated.
Binoculars if you want to bird watch.
Compass if you intend to walk in the forests.
Your laptop computer if you wish to work or study - we have a fast wi-fi connection.
If you have any old yoga books or health related books that you wish to donate or sell at a 1/4 of their purchase price for our yoga library they will be greatly appreciated for the benefit of other guests. Email us the titles prior to arrival and we shall let you know if they are of interest to us.
