Do I bring my own yoga mat ?
We provide mats but with the new fashion of guests using two mats per session one on top of the other we do advise if you wish to use two mats please bring one of your own as we have enough mats for one per person (not two). Some guests prefer to bring their own mat for cleanliness although our mats are cleaned on a regular basis.
