Enjoy a day of Yoga with us at either of our two retreats .
Try the studio at Villa Roca with its pine forest surround and do vinyasas to the sound of the abundant bird life .
Alternatively try Villa Palma with its stunning views of the mediterranean, the air scented with sea air .
Day passes do not include accommodation but do include the after yoga* meal at Villa Roca.

Payments for drop in classes have to be made by credit/debit/bank transfer/cheque 4 weeks before your holiday through our London office.
* during busy summer time our Sunday meal time has been changed to a lunch
